NodesIO provides IoT-based smart waste management solutions including sensor networks, data analytics platforms, route optimization tools, and related services for municipalities and organizations.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and complete registration information

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the services
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the services to transmit harmful or malicious content

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by NodesIO and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

6. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

NodesIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting our support team.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Haryana, India.
